Evo Tuning Stage 1 Engine Package Specification

New engine is disassembled and all parts Inspected, cleaned and checked for tolerances.
Piston is CNC modified lightened and reshaped.
Transfer ports are modified.
Isolator gasket is replaced.
Hand port work to the cylinder undertaken.
Port timings are set for intake and exhaust ports.
Exhaust Port reshaped.
Third bearing removed and second seal added for proper crankcase pressure.
Carburetor is modified.
Engine is then professionally reassembled.

Evo Tuning Stage 2 Engine Package Specification

New engine is disassembled and all parts Inspected, cleaned and checked for tolerances.
Piston is CNC modified lightened and reshaped.
Transfer ports are CNC modified for maximum flow
Isolator gasket is replaced.
Hand port work to the cylinder undertaken.
Cylinder base is skimmed and squish clearance set for balance
Port timings are set for intake and exhaust ports.
Exhaust Port CNC reshaped and widened
Third bearing removed and second seal added for proper crankcase pressure.
Carburetor is modified.
Engine is then professionally reassembled.

Cylinder base is CNC skimmed and squish band set for optimum balance.
Port timings are set for intake and exhaust ports.
Exhaust Port modified widened and reshaped for optimum scavenging and flow.
Third bearing removed and second seal added for proper crankcase pressure.
