- Piston is CNC modified lightened and reshaped.
- Transfer ports are CNC modified for maximum flow.
- Flywheel is CNC lightened.
- Isolator gasket is replaced.
- Hand port work to the cylinder undertaken.
- Cylinder base is CNC skimmed and squish band set for optimum balance.
- Port timings are set for intake and exhaust ports.
- Exhaust Port modified widened and reshaped for optimum scavenging and flow.
- Third bearing removed and second seal added for proper crankcase pressure.
- Carburetor is modified.
- Engine is then professionally reassembled.
