- New engine is disassembled and all parts Inspected, cleaned and checked for tolerances.
- Piston is CNC modified lightened and reshaped.
- Transfer ports are CNC modified for maximum flow
- Isolator gasket is replaced.
- Hand port work to the cylinder undertaken.
- Cylinder base is skimmed and squish clearance set for balance
- Port timings are set for intake and exhaust ports.
- Exhaust Port CNC reshaped and widened
- Third bearing removed and second seal added for proper crankcase pressure.
- Carburetor is modified.
- Engine is then professionally reassembled.
